This knee sleeve uses the updated (2019) sizing. Please see size chart to verify correct size. Sold as one sleeve, not a pair. The Zensah compression knee sleeve is designed to be worn after working out to help speed up recover. Compression is approximately 15-20 mmHg. Silicone grip top to prevent slipping during activity. Solid colors are made of 75% Nylon / 25% Spandex Zensah products such as the Knee Sleeve feature graduated compression which increases circulation and oxygen blood flow. This will minimize swelling and thereby relieve pain in the intended area. Pin-point compression in the Knee Sleeve goes to work on the exact source of the pain offering a massage-like experience in order to comfort the area while decreasing recovery time. The Science
Compression helps stabilize muscle tissue after a workout, keeping the swelling of muscle fibers at a micro and manageable level. The compression support of the Knee Sleeve helps the muscles to rebuild themselves after a workout or injury, leading to a faster recovery. Gravity can cause a build-up of fluid in the muscles and surrounding tissue, especially after exercise or in an area that is inactive because of injury. This build-up of fluid increases swelling and increases recovery time. The Zensah Knee Sleeve helps reduce inflammation in the upper leg in order to decrease recovery time and get the athlete back into action. Great for: • Injured athletes with knee pain • Cyclists, Runners and Triathletes • Soccer players and Field Goal Kickers/Punters • Any athlete looking to minimize pain in the knee and/or minimize recovery time after a tough workout Ideal care for Zensah apparel is to machine wash with cold water and dry on a delicate cycle.
